My Name is Filippo Mancini. Owner of Mancini’s ice cream, Ayr. The company was started 104 years ago by my grandfather who arrived in Scotland in 1899 and started in Ayr in 1913 with a shop in King Street and in 1925 moved to New Road Ayr, which is still today our head office & ice cream factory.
My father ran the business from the war years (1942) to 1993 then I took over the running of the company and still do today,

I was asked by a customer in 2004 if I would be able to make an ice cream wedding cake for this couples wedding which was a three-tier cake layered with different flavours of ice cream and liquior soaked sponge. It looked identical to a normal wedding cake.
I took a stand at a wedding fayre in Ayr one year with my ice cream cart to show customers and sample my ice cream and what your cake could be made of when a customer asked if I would be willing to hire out the whole cart for his daughter wedding.

The secret of Mancini’s ice cream wedding is I am so passionate about my ice cream and looking after wedding guests or customers on the night is my number one priority because if me and my team perform well on the night we are always guaranteed another booking on that night.

There is not much more to say other than we are the Rolls Royce of ice cream the very best at what we do Great personalities, great entertainers and unbelievable Ice cream that is to die for

We are a wee bit of a cross between the Marx Brothers and the Wedding Crashers.

2020 started off with a band as we won the best vanilla ice cream in the U.K. at the national ice cream championships followed a week later with winning the Scottish Wedding Awards "Speciality wedding supplier of the Year 2020.

Mancini's are the best extra you could have at your wedding .
